The Lust List – Autumn Beauty Essentials

1 – TonyMoly, Sheet Mask

Tissue masks from South Korea are all the rage because of the skin benefits they provide in one simple application and there are different benefits for each mask:  clarifying, anti-ageing, purifying, detoxifying and much more. TonyMoly is one of the most famous brands worldwide, I believe because the offer is quite good and cheap. On Ebay and Amazon you can buy the whole range of 11 masks for £10-12 and then decide which one is the most suitable for your skin.
Each mask is infused with a natural ingredient, such as rice and pomegranate.
I am really into tissue masks at the moment and I will soon do a 5 Minutes Tea Chat on the subject, please let me know if you have a brand to recommend.

2 – Weleda, skin food

I mentioned many times that I am trying to adjust my regimen to include more natural products.
This is a little green, magic tube. I use Skin Food on dry, rough skin like elbows and feet; it’s very rich, citrusy fragrant and lasts for ages.
Thanks to the thick base of oils and beeswax it’s very hydrating.
100% certified natural.

3 – The Body Shop, Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask

This mask is part of the new The Body Shop facial masks inspired by Ayurvedic traditions.
This mud-textured mask deeply cleanses the skin and after one use pores appear unclogged and my skin looks smooth, with a nice glow.
Note: it tingles a lot for the first minutes.
Without parabens, silicones, mineral oils and paraffins.
Blended with 100% vegetarian ingredients and suitable for vegans.

I got my sample in this month’s GlossyBox, preview here.

4 – Crabtree & Evelyn Pomegranate, Argan and Grapeseed Hand Therapy Cream

It’s time to bring back hand creams on our office desks. This time I have chosen a brand that I have known for a long time, Crabtree & Evelyn. This intensive hand cream is crafted with a blend of shea butter, macadamia nut oil, fresh pomegranate, grapeseed and argan oils to moisturise hands.

5 – RADICAL SKINCARE Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads

It’s the most expensive item of the article, but worth every penny.
These Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads remove dull, dead skin thanks to the AHA and BHA – multi-fruit acids.  Excess sebum is removed; it’s well worth trying the pads if you have break outs or oily skin. I have used it for a month and I have brighter, clearer-looking skin.
Tip: cut them in half and they last twice as long.

Disclaimer: this is not a sponsored post and the products above are chosen according to my preferences. Almost all the above brands provide international shipping.
